Terms of service

These terms govern use of Msgium, a product of OGX Studio Private Limited. By creating an account or connecting a channel, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Msgium provides a workspace to manage conversations, contacts, campaigns, and automations. Features that depend on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or another network also depend on that network remaining available and on the permissions you grant.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including messages sent by people you invite and automations you turn on.

You may connect only accounts you are allowed to manage. You must follow the rules of each connected platform, including Meta's terms for Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. You must not use Msgium to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.

You may not misuse Msgium. That includes attempting to break access controls, scrape the service, upload malware, or use another person's data without a proper basis.

OGX Studio Private Limited owns Msgium, including its software and branding. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give us permission to host and process it so we can provide the service.

Msgium is provided as available. We may change or suspend features. To the extent the law allows, OGX Studio Private Limited is not liable for lost profits, lost messages, or indirect damages arising from use of Msgium. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using Msgium at any time and may request deletion of your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if continuing the account would create a security or legal risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
