Data deletion request

You can ask OGX Studio Private Limited to delete personal data stored in Msgium. That includes your account, contacts, message history, and data received from a connected Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp account.

Send the form below, or email info@msgium.com. Company contact: hey@ogxstudio.in. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days.

Disconnecting Instagram or Facebook inside Msgium stops new messages from arriving. A deletion request also removes the copy already stored in Msgium. Meta may keep its own copy of messages on Instagram or Facebook under its own policy.
