Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created while you use Msgium:
- Account details, such as your name, email address, and password.
- Workspace data, including contacts, conversation history, notes, labels, and files you upload.
- Messages sent and received through connected channels, and the content needed to deliver them.
- Data from connected Meta products, including Instagram and Facebook account identifiers, page or professional account details, access tokens, comments, and direct messages, when you connect those accounts.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, log records, and the time of a request.
How we use it
We use this information to run Msgium: to sign you in, deliver and store messages, run automations you configure, show your inbox, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
When you connect Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, we use the permissions you grant only to provide the features you turn on, such as receiving comments and messages and sending replies from your workspace.
Who we share it with
We share data with the channel you connect, such as Meta, only as needed to send and receive messages for your account. We also use infrastructure providers that host Msgium, including servers and file storage. We share information if the law requires it, or to protect OGX Studio Private Limited, Msgium users, or the public from harm.
How long we keep it
We keep account and message data while your workspace is active. If you ask us to delete data, or you close the account, we delete or de-identify it unless we must keep a record for security, fraud prevention, or a legal duty.
Your choices
You can disconnect a channel inside Msgium, and you can ask us to delete your data from the data deletion page. You may also email info@msgium.com.
Children
Msgium is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of Msgium after the update means you accept the revised policy.
